Stanger described standing water that lasted days and once for 11 days and said the flooding has killed grass and produced a mosquito problem, asking the board for an update and better communication. She also offered to share photos documenting the flooding.
The chair responded that open forum is a report-out period and not a question-and-answer session, and said the board would take Stanger’s report under advisement and move it forward for staff follow-up.
