Council approves consent agenda, several board appointments and $13.97 million in bills

Solicitor Aubrey noted the county code calls for two‑year terms on the grievance board and the council agreed to revisit term language.
Comptroller staff reported this week's bills totaled $13,972,059.06, with $6,784,940 from the general fund; the council voted to approve payment of the current bills.
