"My understanding is that this storm pipe, over years and years of storms has become completely blocked by large and small debris. So this project is to clear that out," staff said.
The board adopted the resolution by voice vote. No detailed project engineering plans or timeline was provided at the meeting; staff said public‑works would have the exact location and technical scope and that additional details remain subject to that department's work.
Next steps: staff will advance project scoping with public works; if the grant application proceeds, the township will provide required grant documentation and project specifics to the Commonwealth Financing Authority.
