Audubon County approves East Side Drive project plans and utility permit for Windstream

Rydl noted one employee revoked an application for a vacation advancement/repayment agreement and said he will bring future requests to the board for similar agreements. He also indicated an upcoming budget amendment request will be needed to cover rock for county work.
No formal objections were recorded on the motions; both passed unanimously as recorded. The engineer’s approvals clear the project to proceed to bidding and utility coordination steps as outlined in the submitted plans.
