Green County zoning committee approves minutes and bills, reviews Board of Adjustment actions

The Green County Zoning and Land Use Committee approved the Dec. 8, 2025 meeting minutes and the Zoning Department's bills by unanimous voice votes on Jan. 12, 2026.
The Committee reviewed Board of Adjustment activity. The minutes record that last month the Board of Adjustment approved a variance for Lopez (Town of Exeter), a variance for Fallet (Town of Jefferson/Juda), and a conditional use permit for EMC Properties (Town of Clarno). The minutes also list this month's scheduled items, including a variance for Bailey (Town of Jefferson/Juda) and a conditional use permit for Rassel (Town of York).
The Committee scheduled its next regular meeting for Monday, Feb. 9, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. in the County Board Room. Kathy Pennington moved and Barb Krattiger seconded a motion to adjourn; the motion carried by unanimous voice vote and the meeting was adjourned.
