Commissioners approved a Special Road Use Agreement with YK Communications covering County Roads 208 and 209 in Precinct 2. The motion to approve was made by Commissioner Wayne D. Bubela and seconded by Commissioner Douglas Frenzel; the clerk's note indicates a copy of the agreement is on file among court exhibits.
Separately, the court approved a Special Road Use Agreement with New Hickory Solar, LLC for County Roads 127 and 129 in Precinct 1. That motion was made by Commissioner Douglas Frenzel and seconded by Commissioner Wayne D. Bubela.
The court also approved a request from Jackson County County Wide Drainage to use the Jackson County Services Building auditorium on Feb. 24, 2026 for a public meeting about the Dry Creek Study with Eric Schebe.
Each agreement and the meeting request were recorded in the minutes and supporting documents are filed with the county clerk.
