Festival of the Arts Boca reports 20th season attendance and $1.3M local economic impact

Kaye reported the festival drew more than 6,600 attendees this season and cited an Americans for the Arts economic impact calculation that festival goers spent an estimated $154,954 in the city beyond ticket purchases. She said the festival spent nearly $500,000 with local vendors and received nearly $450,000 in in‑kind contributions; she cited a calculated $1.3 million total economic impact for Boca Raton. Kaye also described education and outreach: more than 70 students participated in master classes, and the festival provided over 500 complimentary tickets to students and families.
Councilmembers thanked organizers and noted the festival's role in regional visitation and local cultural life. The council signaled continued interest in supporting the festival through logistics and grants.
