The commission approved the final plat for Moonbrook Subdivision, a proposed 11-lot development off Veil Road 209 (Lee Road 212) in the Smith Station area.
Justin (county staff) and the highway department representative presented the plat and noted that letters were mailed to adjacent property owners on April 30 to notify them of the meeting. "11 lots are being created. The smallest lot is a little less than half an acre," the highway department representative said.
With no opposition present, a commissioner moved to approve the final plat and the motion was seconded and approved by the commission.
The minutes show the plat meets county requirements per the highway department presentation. The commission did not record conditions or specific infrastructure timing in the public discussion.
