Commission hears plan for contractor-funded road overlay tied to local expansion

The commissioner said the company also volunteered to support an HVAC upgrade at the Bryant Community Center and to provide electrical-service upgrades necessary to accommodate the new system.
The chair asked county staff to prepare an agreement so the proposal could be presented formally to the commission. No formal vote on a contract was recorded at the meeting; the commissioner said the county would review permitting and bring an agreement back to the commission for consideration.
