The West Windsor Planning Board on May 20 approved Resolution PV19-13 (third amendment) related to the Fair Creek Senior Living development.
Jerry (speaker 5) introduced the resolution, telling the board the project "includes a significant amount of affordable housing" and that two prior amendments had been made to make the project more attractive to developers; a third amendment had been prepared and was before the board. He said no variances or waivers were required and pointed board members to the conditions listed on pages 6–8 of the resolution packet. The board moved, seconded, and approved the third amendment by roll call.
The board did not open a public hearing on the resolution during this meeting. The approval records the board's acceptance of the amendment language as presented and advances the project under the previously approved site plan and conditions.
