Trustee asks to study opening closed cross-streets on North Oakland Avenue; board refers item to DPW committee

A trustee who reviewed the contract suggested the village could explore reopening some intersections where no ongoing work exists, as long as it would not slow the main project.
A motion to send the item to the DPW committee was moved and seconded; trustees voted in favor and the item will be considered by DPW for potential recommendations to the full board.
