The Onslow County Planning Board voted unanimously March 5 to approve updates to its bylaws and rules of procedure.
Director Carter Metcalf reviewed the proposed changes and the board approved the update on a motion from Jack Sides, seconded by Roger Brown. Chair Marilyn Bunce asked staff to assist with obtaining the speaker signup sheet at the start of meetings so the chair can call speakers to the podium; staff agreed to support that process.
The meeting ended with brief member updates, a staff report on the county's Orphaned Roads program, no public comments, and adjournment at 8:06 p.m.
