The grant requires a 50% match; Hibbs said the city already has $202,000 in impact fees available and that an additional $198,000 would be budgeted in 2027 (the staff memo included a 15% contingency). Council moved, seconded and approved Resolution 18‑74 by voice vote, authorizing the mayor to submit the grant application.
