County approves $28,291 fingerprint scanner and $28,620 detention-center vital-sign monitors

The board then approved purchase of Reassurance Solutions hard-mount and wristband vital-sign monitors for the Lincoln County Detention Center for $28,620 (motion by Chris Bruns, seconded by Joe Hewgley). Both motions passed by unanimous roll-call votes.
The purchases were presented as routine procurement items in the consent portion of the meeting record. The minutes show the amounts and that the roll-call votes were recorded as all five commissioners voting “aye.”
