Huron Valley board names representative and explicitly supports Gary Huff for ISD seat

Board members asked whether the two items (designating the representative and supporting the candidate) were separate votes; administration confirmed the resolution is a one-step action that accomplishes both. The board adopted the resolution by roll-call vote.
The district’s designated representative will deliver the board’s vote between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. on June 1, per the materials included in the board packet.
