Council awards road and sewer contracts, adopts Fox River Water Pollution Control Center 2050 Facilities Plan
Summary

The Common Council approved several Board of Public Works and Water & Sewer Board recommendations on May 19, including awarding the Brookfield Road Rehabilitation Project #R-26-04 to Wolf Paving Co. Inc. for $1,541,975.69 (Resolution No. 11572-26) and awarding a professional services real estate acquisition contract for the STH 59/Greenfield Avenue resurfacing project (Project TR 252) to Southern Wisconsin Appraisal for $52,300 (Resolution No. 11573-26).
Water & Sewer Board items approved on the consent agenda included awarding the 2026 Sanitary Sewer Grouting Project #SA-26-03 to VisuSewer Inc. for $305,549.50 (Resolution No. 11574-26) and the 2026 Sanitary Sewer Manhole Grouting Project #SA-26-04 to Visu-Sewer Inc. for $57,400 (Resolution No. 11575-26). Council also adopted the Fox River Water Pollution Control Center 2050 Facilities Plan (Resolution No. 11576-26) as presented.
These infrastructure contracts and the long-range facilities plan were handled on the consent agenda and recorded in the associated resolutions; the motion approving the consent agenda carried 13–0.
