Purchasing staff said the board originally approved the easement about 20 years ago and the most recent term expired last year; staff requested retroactive renewal because equipment and monitoring activities remain on site. A project representative could not attend the committee meeting but will be present at the full board meeting to explain exhibit materials in the packet. The motion passed with no objections.
