Personnel actions recorded and approved by motion included the termination of Corrections Officer Joseph Soucy effective Feb. 26, 2026; acceptance of the resignation of Fiscal Technician Janis Daniels effective Feb. 4, 2026; promotion of part-time Corrections Officer Antonio Ianetta to full-time effective March 8, 2026; and ratification of the judicial promotion of Stacey Seana to MDJ Office Manager in Magisterial District Court 22-3-02, effective March 9, 2026. All actions were recorded as moved, seconded and unanimous.
The board also approved payment of bills (Checks No. 139045 through 139124 and others) that together the minutes list as totaling $1,428,975.07.
