Melissa McNally, the city's community grants administrator, presented the draft and showed where residents and Utah Valley Home Consortium partners could view the document and submit comments. "There is a draft available online on the Provo City site, and here is the QR code to access that," McNally said, and she noted comments are accepted by website form, email, phone or mail.
The chair opened the item for public comment; no one from the public spoke. Council discussion did not raise additional questions, and staff noted that comments may be submitted through the channels referenced in the draft.
The hearing served as an opportunity for residents and partner agencies to provide input; staff said any comments received would be considered as the city finalizes planned uses for CDBG and HOME funds in the coming program year.
