Executive Director Lisa Scroggins reported there is a pending tree removal on the property and noted questions about property boundaries. Because some parcels are not planned for library use, trustees instructed the director to investigate possible disposition actions, including a transfer back to the City of Edgerton subject to legal review and appropriate county approvals.
The board did not make a final decision at the meeting. Scroggins was asked to return with options and any required legal or county approval steps before trustees consider a formal action.
