The Placer County Development Review Committee approved a consent agenda at its May 6, 2026 meeting that cleared improvement plans for two projects in the county.
Nick Trifiro, chair of the Development Review Committee, moved to approve the Consent Agenda, and Mike DiPietro seconded. The committee recorded a unanimous roll-call vote of 3–0 in favor, approving Items A and B.
Item A, listed as Creekview Ranch Park 1 Improvement Plans (ESD25-00111), was described by staff as an approximately 2-acre park located on the south side of Village 1C within the phased Creekview Ranch development, north of PFE Road in the Dry Creek Community Plan area. Item B, Placer Vineyards Property 1B Mass Grading Improvement Plans (ESD25-00022), was described as an approximately 35-acre mass-grading project located along the west side of the previously approved Placer Creek Drive within the Placer Vineyards Specific Plan area.
Staff identified for both items: Nicholas Capuchino. The meeting minutes record no public comment on these items. The committee noted the next Development Review Committee meeting is scheduled for May 20, 2026, and adjourned at 10:05 AM.
