Erica Roth moved to approve the November 2025 committee minutes; Yvette Smith seconded and the motion passed. Susan Knox moved to approve January EFT payments of $32.63 and presented check payments of $1,305.41 and to include the RICOH invoice once it is received; Yvette Smith seconded and the motion passed.
Vice Chair Dawn Sass read a statement of reason for a closed session, citing Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(c) (considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of a public employee). Erica Roth moved to go into closed session and Yvette Smith seconded; the motion passed unanimously and the committee entered closed session at 8:50 a.m. Member Roth excused herself after the conclusion of Wileman’s performance review. Knox moved to reconvene in open session immediately following the closed session; Sass seconded and the committee returned to open session at 9:05 a.m. The minutes state no action was taken on matters discussed while in closed session.
