County approves amendment to Care ITC contract, changes backfill billing and receives credit

So it gives us the ability, and we're not paying for something in advance that we potentially aren't getting,” the presenter said.
Commissioners praised efforts to reduce costs and approved the amendment by voice vote. Staff said the amendment gives the county more direct control over backfill costs while preserving service continuity.
