Board directs manager to draft FAA-required reverter clause for Hangar J purchase

Woolpert representative Nick Kowalkowski told the board the FAA has asked for a reverter clause as a condition of the transaction and that specific language will be included in an amendment. Kowalkowski said he will work with Burkemper and the Daviess County Economic Development Corporation to prepare the document and obtain signatures.
Burkemper will draft the amendment and seek the signatures needed to meet FAA requirements, the board said. No timetable for completion was provided at the meeting. The board will consider the finalized amendment at a future meeting. The next BOAC meeting is scheduled for May 14 at 10:00 a.m.
