“I'm still working through trying to find time to put together a map, to put together a letter, to determine what that letter is actually requesting,” Mr. Seal said, noting uncertainty about what to propose and constraints related to the budget, the comprehensive plan, and impact fee considerations.
Committee member (speaker 1) asked whether progress had been made since the last discussion and offered to review a draft. Clerk (speaker 3) said he could assist with a draft but cautioned he might “put words in your mouth,” and the group agreed that staff would prepare a draft letter for the committee member to edit. At one point a commissioner suggested using artificial intelligence tools to help prepare materials.
