1) Spelling and name variants: The transcript contains inconsistent spellings for one candidate (Deborah: Bouley/Boulet/Brule). Audit flagged misidentification risk. Fix: In the article text and proper_names list, note the transcript variants and avoid asserting a single corrected spelling without authoritative source.

2) Affidavit-ballot count discrepancy: The clerk first said 14 affidavit ballots were confirmed by the Board of Elections, later said 13 would be opened. Audit flagged quantitative precision. Fix: Article explicitly records both utterances and flags the discrepancy for follow-up (clarifying_details entry).

3) Attribution clarity: Many short "yes/no" confirmations are delivered by multiple voices (clerks and board members); the audit urged attribution lock. Fix: Major factual statements and totals are attributed to the District Clerk (the speaker who presented totals) and subsequent thanks are attributed to the Board President; short procedural confirmations are described generically as "board members" or "clerks" when individual mapping was unclear.

4) Chronology and framing: Ensure the articles separate the canvass/certification coverage from the later procedural recess for legal advice. Fix: Produced two separate articles and placed the canvass coverage first.

No further substantive changes to facts were made; uncertain or inconsistent names and the affidavit-count inconsistency were preserved in the reporting and marked for verification.
