RCN's quote itemizes 27 lines at $35 per line per month, non-recurring field service installation charges, external antenna kits and a professional installation allowance; the quote also refers to a Master Services Agreement and Schedule documents that the county should review before purchase. The quote notes porting fees may apply if porting of lines is needed.
