At its Jan. 14 meeting, the Planning Advisory Board reviewed a prioritized list of topics for future work and agreed to place battery storage and data center permitted uses on the February agenda.
Board members presented an ordered list they will investigate going forward. In priority order they listed: Forest Conservation; Accessory Dwelling Units; Power Generation; Battery Storage; Data Centers; Solar; Master Plan; Agricultural Accessory Uses; Comes Subdivision; Aberdeen Expansion; and Bel Air Elementary Area Closure. The board indicated that Battery Storage and Data Center permitted uses will be on the agenda for the Feb. 11 meeting.
