Mayor Partin announced that no vote was taken in Executive Session other than to adjourn and resume the regular meeting. Mayor Pro Tem James then moved to adjourn the special meeting, a motion seconded by Council Member Thomas and approved unanimously. The minutes record the meeting adjourned at 4:43 p.m.
