Applicant Minna Varka Dimovo said she and her husband purchased the property last September and plan to build an indoor repair shop behind a mobile home; she emphasized there will be no outdoor vehicle storage and that the mobile home will serve as the office. "We can make it commercial standard," she said when staff noted the driveway must meet commercial access standards.
Staff asked for a final grading plan to ensure no additional runoff to adjoining properties and noted a 25‑foot undisturbed buffer requirement; Dimovo said she could comply with those conditions. After short discussion, the commission recommended approval and will forward that recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners for final action next month.
The commission's recommendation is advisory; the Board of County Commissioners will make the final decision.
