Staff explained the previous configuration resembled condo-style platting, while the new plan uses 0-lot-line development and secures private road access through an access agreement. Existing structures (a fourplex and five garages) remain on the site and the plat provides access to Lot 9.
Commissioner Tupper moved to approve the plat and Commissioner Michelle seconded; the commission voted unanimously to adopt the plat.
Next steps: staff will record the plat and applicants will proceed with any required building permits and utility coordination under the terms of the private access agreement.
