- Special event permit: Authorized the clerk to sign a display permit for Ace Pyro LLC to provide the Ignite the Night fireworks on July 9, 2026; the fire marshal found compliance with NFPA and state and federal fireworks laws.
- ZB West Nature Area: Waived bidding and awarded construction management to Higley Construction in a package totaling $345,919 (recommended award $300,799 plus 15% contingency of $45,120).
- Major road improvement program: Approved purchase orders for construction to Cadillac Asphalt LLC (purchase order shown as $2,050,000, including a bid of $1,780,884.78 plus 15% contingency) and construction engineering to Fishbeck LLC ($169,981). Trustees noted the road millage funds ongoing multi‑year work.
- Victory Park CIP: Awarded the 2026 Victory Park construction to Nagel Paving Company for $1,507,785 (bid $1,312,785 plus $195,000 contingency) and construction engineering to Manick Smith Group for $160,000.
- Sidewalk gap and bridge work: Approved a Fishbeck purchase order for $177,765 to fund archaeological testing, surveying and design for sidewalk gaps and three pedestrian bridges (two on Morton Taylor Road and one on Joy Road) with completion targeted for early fall 2026.
- Watermain CIP: Approved a change order to extend the 2025 watermain CIP contract and issue purchase orders to proceed with the 2026 water main capital project; the transcript records a purchase-order figure of $2,548,198 for the 2026 watermain CIP.
- Construction testing: Waived bidding and authorized TEC for construction testing for Fire Station 4 at $40,970 plus a $10,000 contingency and the associated fire budget amendment.
