USEP reports election wins; salary bargaining paused pending state budget

Larson also said district allocation changes will trigger some involuntary transfers or actions under the layoff/recall process and that USEP will monitor those processes and work with impacted employees to ensure contract requirements and fairness.
The board acknowledged the report during board member committee reports; no action was taken during the meeting on bargaining terms. Larson’s remarks were presented as an informational update to the board.
