Procurements and financial approvals included a one-year Lightspeed licensing agreement for web filtering and digital-insight modules not to exceed $68,422.44 and a one-year contract with Endeavor Health Orthopedic and Spine Institute to provide full-time assistant athletic training services at $56,970 per athletic trainer and $60 per hour for substitute services. The board also authorized treasurer bonds for a combined total of $56,578 and renewed membership in the Illinois Association of School Boards with annual dues of $19,911.
The board approved personnel actions that originated in closed session.
