Collaborative authorizes up to $1,000 for summer retreat logistics

Molly Schroeder will contact Style Catering in Big Lake to confirm availability and Therese Butterfield will handle food arrangements.
Teresa Becker moved to authorize a maximum of $1,000 to cover room rental and food for the retreat; Cami Woodward seconded the motion and the collaborative recorded the motion as carried. If Style Catering is unavailable, members agreed to consider alternate venues such as the Government Center.
The retreat is intended to provide focused time for members to set funding priorities and follow up on membership and program updates presented at the May 15 meeting.
