Commission approves Lakeshore Estates cleanup contract authority and routine administrative items

The board also approved routine administrative items: the March 23, 2026 minutes and county vouchers were approved; the board approved purchasing-card applications for Joseph Romans, Christopher Rectenwald and Isaac Burbank and authorized Commissioner David Christy to sign on the board’s behalf; travel requests for Dana Boyer (May 4–8, Las Vegas, NV) and Wanda Agnew (June 3–4, Salina, KS) were approved; and a shared leave request from Road and Bridge was approved. All votes were recorded as unanimous.
Minutes do not include contract vendor names, detailed scope of the Lakeshore Estates cleanup, or expenditure line items; the authorization was conditioned on legal review. Implementation steps and vendor selection are expected to appear in subsequent public records if contracts are executed.
