Matt said the council also approved conveyance of a public right-of-way adjacent to Palmer College, including Palmer Drive, East 10th Street and adjacent alleys. He offered to answer questions about the update and said the commission would have a rezoning public hearing at the next meeting two weeks later in the council chambers.
The staff update was delivered as a brief report to the commission; no action by the commission was required on this item during the May 19 meeting.
