The board noted that SAT data could not be reviewed at the May 18 meeting because, under state guidelines, the results must remain confidential until the Connecticut State Department of Education publishes comprehensive results on EdSight in early June. The board said it will schedule a formal presentation on student achievement results after the public release.
Later in the meeting, board member Sam Toskin moved to adjourn; James Mol seconded. The motion to adjourn carried and the meeting ended at 8:48 p.m. The minutes record that all members voted in favor of adjournment.
