Assistant Director Frank Fisher reported Neptune 360 provides hosting, client support and the only supported compatibility with the township’s installed Neptune meters. The vendor (Ferguson) is on the township’s single-source list for this mission-critical application, but the invoice required Board approval due to its dollar amount.
The Board approved payment of $59,723.88 from line item 59044-92140 for the 2026 annual service.
What’s next: DPW/IT will continue to operate the Neptune 360 system and rely on vendor support for hosting and client assistance; staffing and meter-compatibility plans were not discussed further in the record.
