Tiburon Post Commission reshuffles park subcommittees and creates parks capital-fund effort

They agreed to sun-set the public swimming pool and Zielinski Park subcommittees for now but left room to reactivate them if development or priorities change.
A new Tiburon Capital Parks Fund subcommittee was formed to explore fundraising, match opportunities and private-donor strategies to supplement town resources for park projects; commissioners indicated interest in having subcommittee members work with staff and local volunteers to identify donor models, grant opportunities and an operational funnel to present consistent donor/ grant proposals to council. The commission approved the subcommittee slate by voice vote.
