The board approved the PB&T award 5–0.
Brock also summarized a transponder/GPS agreement the district expects to deploy next school year to shorten routes and give parents live bus arrival information; the board approved that contract by the same unanimous margin. Brock described the technology as a tool to improve transportation efficiency and said it could also affect future insurance and routing costs.
Other approvals included the FY27 audit contract, renewals of property/fleet and workers' compensation insurance, and the board's tentative FY27 budget, which Brock described as tentative pending confirmation of some federal funds. The board voted 5–0 to approve the tentative budget.
The board approved two Teach For America items (a services agreement and a separate data‑sharing agreement) in separate motions; Brock told the board the corps would provide roughly 13 teachers for summer programs and academies at no direct cost to the district and that any student data shared would remain subject to Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) protections.
