The Kitsap County Planning Commission convened virtually on April 21, 2026, and after a delayed start due to technical difficulties, approved the meeting agenda and the minutes from April 7 by unanimous vote.
Kaleb Nelson moved to approve the April 21 agenda; the motion was seconded and recorded as 'Unanimous in Favor - Motion Carries.' Later, David Vliet moved to approve the April 7 minutes; that motion also carried unanimously. The minutes note that there were no general public speakers during the two public-comment opportunities.
The meeting concluded with a brief commissioner comment—David Vliet wishing attendees an early Happy Earth Day—and was adjourned by unanimous consent at 7:19 p.m. The minutes were signed by Chair Ashlee Hall and Planning Commission Clerk Clara Jewell and later approved on May 19, 2026.
