The board approved staff requests to dedicate several conservation greenway easements, including a 13.79-acre easement at 6419 Holt Road to extend the Mill Creek Greenway network. Two other small Broadmoor-area greenway easements were read but deferred to the Acquisition Committee for further consideration.
The board authorized staff to apply for and accept the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) grant for Kirkpatrick Community Center with an operating budget not to exceed $75,000, renewed the license agreement for the Casey Landing Riverfront Park project, and approved the Percy Priest Yacht Club's 2026 event calendar including permission to serve (not sell) alcoholic beverages and RV camping for listed dates. The Nashville Parks Foundation received board approval to fundraise for and ultimately accept an in-kind grant not to exceed $500,000 for renovations to the Elizabeth Senior Center.
