Attorney alleges record manipulation and retaliation in Clear Lake public comment

"Your public transparency claims are thoroughly dismantled by the physical evidence currently in my possession," Pack said. She requested the opportunity to return to the council to finish her remarks at a later meeting; the mayor allowed her to do so.
