Bremer County board overturns engineer denial, approves second driveway with culvert condition

The board moved to overturn the prior denial and approve the additional driveway on condition that Hut install and maintain the culvert(s). The board confirmed the property owner, not the county, will be responsible for maintenance of the installed culvert.
