The presentation will include capital projects, rollover public‑service contracts and program metrics gathered from subrecipients. Staff encouraged members to circulate the public comment link and to contact Neighborhood Services with questions.
Committee members asked whether the recurring CDBG updates need to appear at every monthly meeting; staff said updates can be moved to a quarterly cadence unless there is a special item such as the annual action plan that requires an out‑of‑cycle update.
Staff and committee agreed to add a CDBG update to agendas when annual or special actions require committee input or public notice.
