The committee also briefly discussed creating a separate call‑for‑artists registry to broaden participation for visual artists and asked staff to return with more details at a future meeting.
Members instructed staff to finalize the wish list spreadsheet (dates, estimated attendance and prior sponsorship totals) and to prepare the required town submission by the May 22 deadline.
