Magnolia ISD safety committee says Raptor alert is in place, drills completed and reunification training set for July

On reunification planning, committee members said Montgomery County emergency staff conducted a tabletop exercise with district personnel to work through campus reunification procedures after an incident. The committee agreed to invite Montgomery County trainers to deliver the same exercise at each campus, with the district aiming to schedule that training in July.
Finally, the committee reviewed a new campus emergency operating procedures template prepared by Brad Rael. The chair said the template, which went out to campuses last week, is intended to standardize procedures that had previously varied by campus; implementation across campuses will continue over the next few months.
