A presenter for the department said Gooden and Associates is the county’s existing case‑management (CMS) vendor and that the state has been requiring a dashboard. “It’ll take all the data and it’s more data than I’m reporting now and they can get a report at any time,” the presenter said, describing the dashboard’s function.
The presenter said the state previously provided an initial grant of $12,000 to help pay for the dashboard. The contract includes an ongoing annual fee; the presenter read an annual figure aloud during the meeting (rendered in the transcript as “$24”) but the spoken amount was unclear in the recording and will be forwarded to the county board for confirmation.
Committee members asked procedural questions and there was no extended debate. The chair said the dashboard’s reports may be made public and that the county will incorporate the required data reporting into regular workflows for quarterly AOIC filings and ad‑hoc requests.
