Council advances second consideration of Ordinance 803 to amend Grimes City code

Grimes City Council on Nov. 10 advanced the second consideration of Ordinance 803, a measure to amend city code provisions related to criminal ordinances and multiple chapters of Title 11, the council recorded.

Staff also noted the Building Regulations Board of Appeals spent time on the proposal in two separate meetings.
